Payments, Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Tracking - All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which can be tracked via the Australia Post website. Once your package arrives in your country, you can continue tracking it through your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail) for more detailed and up-to-date information.
For international orders, signature on delivery is included by default to help ensure your items arrive safely. If you'd like to receive SMS tracking updates, please provide your mobile or cell number at checkout.
Please note: order and shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered into your junk or spam folders. We recommend checking these folders to stay up to date on your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Within Australia: 1–3 business days
• International Orders: 5–7 business days
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you experience any delivery issues, we recommend lodging an inquiry directly with your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail). While your patience is greatly appreciated, it’s always worthwhile to follow up. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for its handling lies with the respective postal service.
Please note: that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as COVID-19 delays, customs processing, border security, union strikes, or adverse weather conditions.
LizzisLox is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages;
• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout;
• Refunds or replacements in these instances.
Payment Plans - BUY NOW, PAY LATER options are available via Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle and Laybuy.
Please note: as of May 2021 if you choose this form of payment (Buy Now, Pay Later) you waive your right to full refund - no exceptions. Please contact me to discuss other options.
Private payment plans are no longer available, sorry for any inconvenience.
Processing Time - WIGS - All pre-made, ready to ship units will be sent in 1-3 business days*. Blank and made-to-order units currently have a 2-6 week processing time. Please email me at anytime for updates, however your patience is greatly appreciated.
EXTENSIONS & HAIRPIECES - I try to keep as much stock on hand as I can, so most extensions and hair pieces will be shipped in 1-2 business days*. However, as I am a small business, please allow extra processing time for items that may not be on hand. Feel free to contact me for any more info.
*Please consider that Australia may have different public holidays to your country and to make allowances for that.
Customs & Import Taxes - You shouldn't incur any additional taxes on your LizzisLox items, however the buyer will be responsible for covering any extra costs / taxes.
Returns & Cancellations - I do not accept returns or exchanges on any / all wigs and hair toppers due to hygiene reasons. Cancellations are fine provided your item has not already been shipped and you cancel within 24 hours as processing begins immediately after the order is made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - If you receive an item shipped directly from the manufacturer (typically items with free shipping) that arrives damaged or is missing components, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos. A full refund will be issued in such cases, no questions asked.
For wigs, extensions, and hairpieces, although each item is personally inspected before dispatch, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order if any item arrives damaged or incorrect. Be sure to include photos so I can assess the issue and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
Please note: Occasionally, an item may appear slightly different from what you envisioned or what was displayed on the website. While every effort is made to accurately represent each product, variations in monitor settings can cause slight discrepancies in colour and appearance. I kindly ask that you allow for minor colour differences.
As such, returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis of these variations. Additionally, please be aware that most items may require restyling upon arrival, as they can become kinked or misshapen during transit.
