Payments, Shipping & Returns

All items come with a tracking number and can be tracked using the Australia Post website. Signature on delivery is included automatically with international orders to ensure the safe delivery of your items. For SMS tracking updates please leave your mobile/cell number when you checkout.
Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Orders within Australia have an ETA of 1-3 days, and International orders have an ETA of 5-7 days. Shipping times can differ from the ETA due to Covid-19, border security, customs, weather events, etc.
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have any other delivery issues, please lodge an inquiry directly through your local postal service. Your patience with postage is always appreciated but it doesn't hurt to inquire.
**Please note as of May 2021 if you choose this form of payment (Buy Now, Pay Later) you waive your right to refund - no exceptions. Please contact me to discuss other options.
Private payment plans are no longer available, sorry for any inconvenience.
Processing Time - WIGS - All pre-made / ready to ship units will be sent in 1-2 business days. Blank and made-to-order units currently have a 2-6 week processing time. Please email me at anytime for updates, however your patience is greatly appreciated.
EXTENSIONS & HAIRPIECES - I try to keep as much stock on hand as I can, so most extensions and hair pieces will be shipped in 1-2 business days. However, as I am a small business, please allow extra processing time for items that may not be on hand. Feel free to contact me for any more info.
Customs & Import Taxes - You shouldn't incur any additional taxes on your Lizzi's Lox items, however the buyer will be responsible for covering any extra costs / taxes.
Returns & Cancellations - I do not accept returns or exchanges on any / all wigs and hair toppers due to hygiene reasons. Cancellations are fine provided your item has not already been shipped and you cancel within 24 hours as processing begins immediately after the order is made.
I do not accept returns for custom orders under any circumstances. Please make sure you have looked at all the item specifics before purchasing. Cancellations *may* be considered depending on the status of your order.
Damaged Items - If you receive an item sent directly from the manufacturer that arrives damaged, or with missing items, contact me with photos ASAP for a FULL refund. This DOES NOT include wigs, extensions &/or hair pieces.
