Placing Your Order
After completing your purchase, please send your detailed instructions along with reference photos (if possible) via Instagram or email them to customs@lizzislox.com
Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout so I can contact you if any additional information or confirmation is required. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder just in case!
Creative Process
The finished product will most likely differ slightly from what you envision. I am not comfortable directly copying other units and truly appreciate you allowing me a certain amount of creative freedom — that’s when I produce my best work.
Turnaround Time
While I always aim to complete orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 8 weeks for completion. Most custom orders are finished sooner, however this timeframe allows for busy periods.
Before shipping, I will send photos for approval to the email used at checkout or via Instagram.
NOTE: I reserve the right to cancel your order at any point, for any reason. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
